Below I have placed links you may find interesting.  I have also placed a "business loss" form-feel free to print and mail your personal "business loss" due to the smoking BAN-WAGON. Mail it to the City Council office. As each business has been affected, if this form is not "specific" enough for City Council to consider as "PROOF", they "should" give you the same respect and mail you personally what they need in a reply letter.

Local TV media is bordering on "paparazzi". TV cameras should go back to the way it was when they "helped" the community send their message. Instead of ZOOMING in on smokers- how about ZOOMING in on how many police cars are sitting on the city limits since June 1, 2007. Ask business vendors who cater to the businesses affected by the smoking ban-wagon how much their sales are down, compared to how much higher outside the city limits orders are since June 1, 2007. Ask City Council if they are saying adults can't read by including businesses that cater to adults in the smoking ban. Maybe follow the people around who thought this up "for our own good" smoking ban-which local businesses affected by the smoking BAN-WAGON they are actually supporting.

What I personally think is that they don't. Or the places they do frequent and support, are a franchise business-not the local "pub". I could be wrong?

Local Media- Either help local business owners or keep the cameras out of our faces & our customers faces- "No Comment" should be everyone's answer when they see a TV camera heading their way. Including Government-ENOUGH grandstanding in front of the TV cameras!

If you need the form, click here and print it.       Business Loss Reporting Form
